The Randuin's Omen buff is too much
Changed: Slow duration increased to 3 seconds from 2 seconds New Effect: "For Each Enemy champion slowed, gain 15% attack speed for 6 seconds" New Effect: "afflicts them with Cold steel's debuff for 3 seconds" Removed Effect: "+1 second per 200 armor and +1 second per 200 magic resist"
This is going to make Irelia 10x MORE stronger than she already is and Riven as well. There could be a chance that Assassins such as Zed and talon would take advantage of this Item only because of the insane attack speed passive.
What was the purpose of this change anyways? Who was this targeting too?
