Can you give fiora another rework, her kit is fun to play but she is so bad for climbing?

Compare to jax, irelia, tryndamere, camilee they have better defensive ability. Fiora's w is way over rated for an defensive ability. Fiora's w can be a really good abilty for tank fiora. But that meta was over. Currently fiora is the worst melee champ against range champion. People are fustrated that range champions are better than melee champions.

Another thing I hate is Fiora's e, because it punishes you for building crit. Fiora's e ability: First auto attack can not crit. I want my e to have another ability so i can still build crit.
