@Riot: Does Ragnaros give you any ideas for future Champions?

Brand might fill in the set-the-world-on-fire niche, but Ragnaros's gameplay is considerably different, especially his Molten Core mechanic. Before you say that Azir does Molten Core, no, Azir doesn't BECOME the turret; he just creates one.

Adding in a Molten Core mechanic (in all but name) on a future Champion, IMO, would be so freaking sweet. Just imagine growing to titanic size and being able to smash apart your puny enemies as they try to fight under your turret or turret ruin.

Heroes of the Storm has some problems, but the devs design such neat concepts for heroes.

like seriously their hero design with kits astounds me. if league didnt run better than hots on lower end computers i wouldnt really be playing it that much compared to hots just becuase of how unique each hero is in that game.

What like become a turret? Sounds like a coding nightmare to be honest. However, mechanics aside, I would really like to see a Lava Monster in LoL.

Well, not precisely, but you use a turret or turret ruin to basically become a stationary raid boss.

the difference is how essential turrets are warning, not calling you out, just making a point, don't get triggered

in league a turret can mean a dragon, a baron, another turret, or a teamfight. in HoTs its like... I mean, I guess we can send two people bot now :^l

although I think something more along the lines of ragnoros and sgt hammer could potentially make it into league

in all seriousness though, hots has some very unique mechanics, like tychus overkill, sgt hammers siege mode fucking LOVE starcraft (I'm Korean :D) tracers unparalled mobility, etc

Actually I think Azir should lose his turret forming abilities (it feels rather tacked on IMO) and try it on someone else.

Based on his cinematic alone, that turret forming fits his kit.

But if you'd rather he form a whole sand base in the middle of the map for his team, complete with a nexus obelisk and store, with all the gold spent there going to Azir, I'm game. ;)

It sounds so epic. Bonus points if his terraforming changes the BG music to his theme.
