Just wanted to point out that http://www.op.gg/summoner/userName=hide+on+bush (faker's alternate account, you might have to switch the server setting to korea to see it" has only 3 rune pages. One AD, one AP, and one "???" which is lethality quints Faker only needs 3 rune pages. WOW

Because that's all you really need. Realistically, a general AD and a general AP rune page will cover most champions decently.

most is key word there.

What if we main champions who need a different page?

then you make another page.

Yeah, but fuck that shit.

Well then you get another page. Clearly faker is satisfied with his rune pages, so he does that. Plus, it's an alt. He may just be doing it to challenge himself. Instead of practicing champions at their peak with perfectly optimal runes, he gives them the works and makes do with that. There's a reason he's the captain of SKT :)

I don't think hide on bush is a smurf, it's the only account I ever see him play on in videos.

But you see people with 20 pages and have hp/scaling mr and all the different seals and glyphs to "maximize" their efficiency. Faker uses the same AP page every game

Not in pro play. That's just him naturally challenging himself in solo queue.

  1. You only really need 3 rune pages, so that's whatever

  2. He's faker. He probably almost always gets his role

Just one mastery page too, so I guess he remakes the page every game.

Also in the world of faker trivia, he almost never uses skins. The only exception I'm aware of is his skt ryze skin.

he used the uncle ryze skin in lcs because one of the testers didnt swap it off

Yeah, but I don't really count that since it was unintentional.

Although looking into the wiki the exceptions are:

Game 1 of the OGN Winter Grand Finals 2013 where he used Battle Bunny Riven. Faker went on to state that this was a mistake as the OGN staff check the players accounts before the games, and the tester of his account selected the skin - which Faker did not notice in Champion Select.[6]
At the 2014 League of Legends All-Star event, the entire line up of SKT T1 K used their team's respective champion skins, with Faker using SKT T1 K Zed.
Game 1 against HUYA in the 2015 Champions Preseason when he picked Pulsefire Ezreal.
Match against Incredible Miracle in 2015 LCK Spring Round Robin, where he used Lunar Goddess Diana in Game 1.
Game 2 against Samsung Galaxy in 2016 World Championship where he used the SKT Ryze skin he earned for winning the 2015 World Championship.
