HongChongDong1 votesI guess not too many people saw but someone leaked the patch notes onto the boards. Going under the assumption that they are true here's what they're doing:
They're reworking the windwall into being a situational use ability. Rather than the wall persisting for a long duration it will instead be smaller, last for only 1 second, have a longer CD, but work on a charge system. So now rather than spawning a wall of cockblock that yasuo can sit around for 4 seconds to "Outplay" the enemy this is something he has to use when the time is right to block projectiles at the right moment. They're also reducing his E damage.
