Question RIOT: Kindred?

I just want to know if RIOT finds her to be OK at the moment, I personally find her weak and am a bit annoyed that Ekko is getting better jungle treatment in the coming patch than Kindred. I personally don't understand many of RIOTS choices with balance, but I always try to look at it with a positive light, and maybe they know something I don't but is Kindred even on the radar? like why purposely keep her so weak for so long, is she that hard to balance even post the rework?

They are arguable one of the weakest junglers at the moment, even in high elo Kindred's wr is relatively low on mains. Rito said in a thread two weeks ago that they do hope to give them a little love after Runes Reforged settles down, they have a lot to deal with right now. They said they planned on looking into her mobility and passive.

I love everything about kindred, asides playing them. I mean, an ability rework I wouldn't mind. Kindreds pretty decent rn, they noticed them a couple months ago, but otherwise, they got gutted in 6.13 and was left to rot.

Her passive and R are my biggest issues. Her passive is just awkward and easy to deny, but her ult in my opinion is a big flaw. It stops everyone from dying, and that's super powerful. Maybe it's eating up too much of her power budget?
