any particular reason why Akali isnt disabled?

She has to be disabled because you don't like her?

She's basically soft-disabled, meaning that she's been nerfed until she's a troll pick, but people are technically still able to pick Akali and use Akali skins and stuff. If you face an Akali, she's going to annoy the heck out of you, but the odds of winning that match are in your favor.

There are at least 100 champions who are worse than Akali being slightly annoying because she can't be point and click'd to death all time.

keep banning her every game (even if somebody on your team wants to pick her) until they revert the stealth thing

If your extremely good at her mechanically and also good at macro play. Akali is a monster pick, but if your only good at her mechanically, she's mostly a troll pick, even if fed she's hard to carry with.

Still the most cancerous thing to every walk the rift.
