Reminder that beginners can't actually play the game until at least level 20

It takes ten levels to unlock all summoner spells.

It takes eighteen to unlock keystones.

It takes 20 to unlock _actual _ runes.

Not only that, but beginners have to play blind pick, the most cancerous of game modes by far, for at least seven levels.

Not only that, but there are absolutely zero guides when it comes to standard rune pages, and they have to buy rune pages.

The basic rune pages I run cost: 4290 IP and 4705 IP

I realize Riot has tried to reduce the amount of XP it takes to level up, but it's just not enough. They're going to have to do more work in regards to the new player experience.

Man, tell me about it. Currently level 13 and trying to learn anything is so difficult when I keep getting matched up with higher levels who have keystones and full rune pages. And trying to figure out what runes to take to fill my measly pages? Even with experience boosts active it's still taking me forever to level up. And there aren't any guides for people like me- they're all geared toward level 30's, so I have no idea what the heck I'm doing about 70% of the time.

Not for a long time though. Game development is a hard task.
