If everything is a problem,

Then nothing is a problem, right? The game must actually be pretty well balanced.

Seriously though just about every thread is nothing but a complaint about something.

And 95% of those are wastes of time.

Complaining about things admittedly anoyying but out playable/out build able/out strategizable.

Complaining about things when someone just lost to said champ and exxagerating it terribly cause its not their fault champ/item just op

Never have used a champ, or haven't played against champ for eons according to match history but still salty about them

Ect ect. I don't deny some things are difficult to deal with, but that's a poor reason to complain. And once in a while, something will actually be broken.

But usually, people are just whiners.

Spend less time making threads and more time practicing and most of these "problems" wouldn't exist

I don't agree at all. The boards may not be able to agree on a certain problem in regards to a champion, but usually when a multitude of posts start popping up about the same topic, something is off. This time around it's focused on Zed and Rengar.

Are you implying that complaints are evenly spread across all aspects of the game and not intensely focused on specific issues like how unfun it is to play against champs like Rengar, Zed, and Lee Sin?

Numerous times last season I was asked not to play lee sin, Rengar, or zed because 99% of the time people feed with them.

The ones who are most vocal, are the ones who are less knowledgable. That's why this board is filled with a bunch of low elos who complain about literally anything that can kill them.

I didn't say they were OP, I said they were unfun. Feast/Famine is something that is unfun so Zeds either completely destroying the enemy team singlehandedly or being dead weight definitely sounds like an unfun champion.

unfun is subjective. I could argue syndra is unfun.

It's subjectively considered unfun by a much larger proportion of the LoL population than most other champions, that's why you see way more threads about it.

Just because a lot of people want to believe in something doesn't exactly mean it's true by any means.

A thousand years ago everyone in Europe believed that the Earth was the center of the universe. They also believed the Earth was flat because that's what the Church said. Did that make it in any way factual? No, they're just being retarded. Instead of observing how the world works, they instead ignored all of it and blindly believed something to be true despite it having zero evidence to back it up.

Same goes for these champions. Just because more people think they're anti fun does not mean they have to be gutted.

I love how the crux of your argument is that players are wrong about when they feel they are or are not having fun. I don't really have to read any of your post at all, I can just laugh at that concept.

The problem with that argument is that the boards are primarily populated by idiots in general.

I wouldn't say evenly, but everything is complained about.

And unfun is generally only because people want to go balls to the wall instead of playing more passively against certain champs, assasins in general.

True, having to play cautiously isn't as fun as gun-slinging, but its still an effective strategy, and if you play right and don't give assasins those early kills, eventually its going to be too late for them to do anything really useful, and THEY will be the o es not having fun.

Assassins by nature delete people. It will never be fun to deal with early. And if assasi s get needed to where its "fun" to play against them they will have likely lost the ability to do their job, or have been reworked to be something other than an assassin.

I think people need to adjust their playstyles, not gut the champs.

Criticism is very important to keep a game current and stable. With no pressure from community the devs become slack and lazy. Bad champion design, balance, and bugs (WTF lane minions stopping!?!)

Quality criticism is, but a large chunk is people complaining because they refuse to play properly in said situation or said champ, or simply find a champ "hard" to play with and rather nerf the champ I stead of playing better.

And Riot usually doesn't listen because of the amount of trash complaints.

Riot needs to pay more attention to their quality players. Their in-house alpha testers, and their beta testers. When you cater to stupid people, you lose your game. Most tech start-ups have this problem. They start off incredibly productive and innovative, and then as they grow in size, they begin to lose the efficiency with HR departments and what not. And eventually, you kill your talent. Once your talent is killed, your game will soon follow.
