So, what happened?

I stopped playing a while back, but since LCS started up and still follow pro play I watched a game. I have seen it all in this game now. I can tell you that the game is so mush more fun to watch, but I can tell playing whatever the hell this game is now is a nightmare. What did the balance team do? Because to me this game looks broken beyond repair.
