I've always wondered why Kennen has 1/2 damage to minions on not only the move he needs to use in order to effectively wave clear, but also his only method of escaping from ganks, yet Zed can spin to win and throw out a shuriken and whether he is safely farming under his turret or needs to push the lane fast to roam or B; he's got no issues completely wiping out the waves. Why the guy who gets to summon a shadow out to duplicate his attacks gets a 900 range shuriken that passes through targets and scales 100% with AD while Kennen gets a 950 range shuriken that has a smaller hit box and gets stopped by the first target hit. And the funny thing is, Kennen may be the "Ranged" champion, but he needs to build a whole lot more defensive items than Zed will ever have to.
Favoritism shouldn't exist in the balance department, but it clearly does. Zed will never see any meaningful nerfs, but I'm pretty sure that Urgot will.
