Why are tanks and fighters lacking some kind of item that provides health and mobility? And if singed is a problem lower his base movement speed.
Heck even making Crystalline Bracer cost 750 gold and give 3% movement speed would be something to solve this issue. Might even make warmogs be bought more often.

Faith Breaker1 votesYou're not wrong, at all. Phage gives a tank health (yes) and some AD. So that their auto attacks mean a little more. Plus Rage passive procs off single target spells (?) or just auto's, even if just auto's, the small extra AD makes those auto's you wanna use to get Rage procs more effective. It's sort of a thing for tanks that are aggressive and want to stick to their targets Like volibear, vi, naut, and maokai.

Right because phage gives movement speed at all times and is an item that is bought by mostly defensive champs, or is it? Ezreal, Corki, vayne, Kog'maw, Irelia, Jax. The only 2 that are usually building somewhat tanky who would usually get it most games are Irelia and Jax. I know there are others who will build it but this is just showing that triforce is more offensive then defensive.
Also if you don't to have something to attack to get the movement speed then no movement speed.
Whats that? you are not playing a tank who makes good use of triforce? Well too bad. No movement speed items for you.
Faith Breaker1 votesIt gives health, and movement speed to tanks. Two stats you ask for. Tanks don't need movement speed, all the time. If you are looking for Movement Speed outside of combat for tanks, there are boots, enchancements, and other items geared for tanks that offer flat MS increases. I feel what you are saying, you are wanting "better" options for tanks wanting Movement Speed. It's just it sounds to me like you were declaring "there are none"
Kouga1 votesBecause Tanks don't need it. They generally either have strong CC to lock down champions (Amumu, Alistar, Braum, Leona, Maokai, etc) or they have movement buff/debuff abilities & utility to help them initiate or peel (Singed, Malphite, Nasus, Rammus) but they don't need to stay in melee range the entire time for them to be effective.
And Triforce is an extremely popular fighter item so Fighters have it better than tanks, not to mention their generally high base MS.
