Yah I’m gonna peace out until the meta changes

I’m pretty indifferent to Hashinshin and didn’t watch his famous rant until today to see how he views the game state compared to me.

Before this patch, The top meta was kleptomancy users/ranged champs, tanks, and then bruisers (the worst group).

Top lane has been going down the drain over time ever since the Support/assassin update and got significantly worse after the tank one.

The two classes that synergized the best with a ADC’s were modernized but at the same time that was when riot decided to stop the class updates. So now we are in a state where tank and support item have modern toys but bruisers/juggernauts are still stuck with old half broken ones.

Well aside for some kelpto users, tanks have been reigning supreme top with bruisers being overall the worst. With the only reason kelpto users being viable is because they can farm the tanks for random items and gold to get ahead of the tanks, even if they can’t kill them even though tanks have more itemization choices and cheaper items.

Well now that klepto has been gutted and minion aggro made worse against ranged champions there is nothing that can compete with tanks

Now top truely is a shit hole where if your not playing a tank you’re trolling because as soon as mid game comes you are just going to get CCed and blown up because you can’t afford to go full defense items lik the other top without being irrelevant unless you snowballed out of control because the other jungler didn’t come and you were a lot better than the other top.

This all assuming that your bot lane didn’t lose either because otherwise you are double fucked. The only time top lane is now relevant is in the first 3 minutes when junglers are making their way up there with double buffs and full health to try and kill the other top who still isn’t even 3 yet. The same time period bruisers and lane bullies are strongest and tanks are weakest.

So now bruisers and lane bullies have to play passive instead of aggressive when they are strongest because as soon as one pushes the wave the other jg beelines for you and runs you down the lane.

I will be back try out my boy Swain once his VGU goes live but it won’t be on ranked until rito fixes this awful state of the game.
