They're a duo queue, they're already exploiting >SOLO< queue.

It's one person doing it and they're obviously a smurf, a challenger player can average this winrate up to masters doing whatever the fuck they want, it doesn't make it particularly strong because it's Heimer or Blitz, Naut and Sejuani could be done in this fashion if you're good enough lol

Games aren't balanced around Diamond, it's Masters +

I agree they should both be nerfed but not because of this reason.

The problem with Heim is just how tanky his base turrets actually are. They take 3 autos to kill if im correct, and like zyra plants and yorick ghouls, they take reduced damage from AOE spells.

Even as gangplank into a heimerdinger in a solo lane, if heimer gets a lvl ahead gp doesn't even 1 shot his turret with sheen, but i still usually win the lane, but after this patch i'm not even sure hard coutners can deal with heimerdinger (except yasuo prob but heimer can ban yasuo)
