NOOB REPORT

How about a report for being STUPID or NOT KNOWING WHAT TO DO in any part of the game? This is how i beleive it should look like: If someone gets REPORTED for being UNFITTING FOR HIS RANK or not knowing what to do it issues a penalty of droping MMR. This would result in boosted accounts dropping to their real place a lot faster that it usually takes and therefore make community happier because people would get less tilted especially in lower rankings where boosted accounts are more likely to be found. Some would say its not as much of boosting if a person who is lets say silver 4 and plays on account that is gold 2, but the fact is, that person is very likely to ruin big amount of games for people who are actually in gold and trying to climb. Its about dropping down the percent of luck you need to win more games. Lets just think about it as preseason is at the door and we have enough room to make things better. Respectfully fellow summoner.

you are always playing with people of the same skill level

No if someone, helped those people get there and before they drop they have time to take quite a few player on tilt by destroying their games and its happens all up to high platinum for certainly though some boosters go for even more

Imma vote no, because this would get abused all to hell by trolls and what not.

As i replied to someone else here Its about making it as precise as it can be And making new percentage stats better than the old ones

Yeah so everyone who even gets slightly tilted goes "ROFLM OGMEOG NOOB REPORT" and you get demoted into elo hell because you took away their precious midlane

Well there should be a mechanism to evaluate your influence in the game so u cant get punished for nothing. Actually there is the mechanism we need it only needs to be implemented

That's the problem. There's virtually no way to determine if the person being reported is actually bad or is on a losing streak/ unlucky enough to have things like outside distractions etc., i do agree that the current ranking system is not that great though, especially for tops and supports

Well you see, im quite sure that the number of "unlucky people" would be smaller than the number of unlucky people getting bad teams. Its all about statistics and this would get stats better
