What if Ardent Censor was split into 2 items

First item is basically ardent censor without the current third passive effect. Perhaps riot could change that to healing/shielding an ally gives both of you +20% movement speed for 1 seconds. Basically you both get a little boost in positioning if used right. For the second item, take the second bonus of on-hit damage and AS boost from the current ardent and put it there. item 3101+item 3114+item 1052 and make it a nashors lite for supports to grab.

So you are probably asking why two items.

Well that's simple, cost and item slots. Make supports have to choose what they want.

This is a decent idea. It's often a problem with items that they become OP simply because they give too much. I think splitting those out could be a great choice, but they will have to buff the stats (and maybe even the passive) to compensate. Worth it, I think, in the long run.

There's already such an item. It's called Righteous Glory.

That's a tank's item, not a healer/shielder item.

Alright, then, let me put it this way.

Granting additional movement speed like that would be broken as hell; most enchanters already have movement speed bonuses, and most ADCs are designed to chase. That aside, the only support champions that actually benefit from attack speed have some kind of on-hit effect; Lulu, Nami, Bard, Braum, Ivern, Taric, Tahm Kench, and Thresh, off the top of my head. When they build at least one attack speed item (namely Wit's End), their menace suddenly skyrockets as an individual because of those additional hidden effects. It also generally causes one of your teammates to start screaming and ripping the flesh off his body and face in anger. Finish the Wit's End, and they disembowel themselves with a fan belt.

glory doesn't give movement speed to allies
