he already gets free ap from building tanky, on top of being naturally tanky, and has high base damage.
That sounds like a normal juggernaut, but he's a ranged caster with super safe poke/sustain/escape
somethings gotta give.
La Barbotte2 voteswell hes made to win lanes by sustaining and chippin his oponent down, early game hes super squishy so the way to deal with vlad is to play something aggressive early on like renek or panth since hes weak in a all in in the early stage of the game

Cremepie1 votesHe's not "naturally tanky" he doesn't have good base resistances. Any riven, pantheon, renekton or burst type can destroy a vladimir early if played well. Also building tank items hardly gives any AP to vladimir, that's why he's the sustain mage and not say an AP Juggernaut.
