Toplane Balance

Riot, I swear to god Hashinshin was right. You literally don't have a single fucking Rioter that mains Top. Or you do, and they happen to wank it to Riven so you REFUSE to address the fact she has been broken for MONTHS now and hasn't received a nerf since Patch 5.21. Your blatant refusal to nerf her is so god damn gross it's insane. You give Hecarim his +10% damage per stack buff on Q in Patch 9.6, he returns to Top and sees success in proplay and high elo, and you're already stating that you're going to nerf him in Patch 9.9. "Singed gets strong"- HOTFIXED. "Yorick becomes a priority pick Top and has a high winrate"- NERF BATTED REPEATEDLY. "Gangplank has around 52% winrate"- GUT THIS FUCKING PIRATE. "Riven has been around a 52-54% winrate in Plat+ for MONTHS"- Meh fuck it, let's give Renekton a buff and see if that calms her tits down to a reasonable winrate instead of directly nerfing her. Can't afford to piss off her playerbase and we don't play toplane anyway so we don't have to lane against her HA HA! Actual braindead balance team. I can't believe you guys actually get paid to make the changes you've been making over the last 3 years.
