clearly wasnt enough, you are delusional if you think he still isnt a problem. there is a reason he is top five banned.

There is nothing wrong with hecarim, he was one of the least played champions in all of league for almost all of S4 then he finally becomes viable and people play him and people like you beg for a nerf. You are whats wrong with this game and community.
