From what I am understanding with the 5.22 patch notes, Ashe does not do any bonus damage from crits at all anymore? She just gets stronger slows? If she still gets some bonus damage then it's poorly worded and if she doesn't won't she fall behind others in terms of damage output fairly quickly?
My understanding is that, basically the increased slow from her Q was moved to her crits, and she retains her 'mini-crit' scaling against frosted targets.
Her passive has been changed so that it acts as enhanced AAs rather than crits, as if they where crits it would be broken with the new items/masteries. She basically does the same exact thing, except she can slow for more now.
the damage works the exact same way, is just isn't called a crit
