Everytime someone says "binary" on the boards I get cancer and I am running out of treament options

Lee Sin is binary because either you land Q or you don't. Mordekaiser is binary because either you land Q3 or you don't. Either Annie lands a stunning Tibbers or she doesn't. Either Pantheon's full combo kills you or it doesn't. Either a Cassiopeia hits you with poison and Twin Fang's you to death or she doesn't. Either Zilean double bomb stuns you or he doesn't. Either Zed can return to ult shadow immediately avoiding counter play or he's binary. Either Akali is in range of her ult to kill you or she isn't. Either Leona lands Zenith Blade or she stands there. Either Talon can full combo kill you or he can't. Either Cho gath Ruptures you into insta death or you outplay him.

Blinds are binary, stuns are binary, suppresses are binary, and silences are binary.

Champions are either too simplistic or too overloaded.

It's like binary is the new trendy way to cry to Rito. Please stop using this word since you don't know what it means. Thank you and have a nice day.

When people say binary they mean that said champion is either demolishing teams and one shotting everyone or be useless this happens a lot with champions like Akali whose kits are linear and don't offer much counterplay.

It has nothing to do with whether or not Lee Sin hits Q because he hitting or missing his Q doesn't mean your team lost the game, unlike Akali who usually would get a single kill and start destroying everything. The difference between healthy champions and unhealthy ones is how "binary" they are.

Binary = oppressive.

I wish every time someone said "gives me cancer" or "gave me cancer" on these boards...they would actually get cancer, so sick of that as a catch phrase.

So here is hoping for crippling pelvic bone cancer or something for the sheeple stuck on that.

Actually I don't mind people crying binary as much as the retardedness that is complaining X champion has a weak early game. Fiora "Has a hard laning phase" Vayne "Difficult early game" Yasuo People even complain on the forums he has a weak early game 0_o

How about we don't balance champions around weak early games since comebacks are incredibly strong right now.

I think that it's a legitimate consideration; a lot of assassins and burst mages are binary; either you have the power to brutally murder their carries or you have the power to hurt their carries before those carries annihilate you in a volcano of pure hatred.

Actually, Pantheon, Akali and Talon are pretty binary as assassins. If Talon's burst doesnt kill you, he's automatically useless. If Pantheon's combo didn't kill you, he's useless. Akali at least has a liiiitle more leeway due to her stealth shroud, but otherwise, her auto-target R actually doesn't have much counterplay. You just have to be beefier than her damage. :\

You wanna talk about actually binary gameplay, though? Go Top Lane.

Whoever has better stats in Top Lane always wins.
