masteries were just small perks like +5 damage to jungle camps or capstones were simply 6% damage to people bellow 40% hp?

Just nostalgic I guess. At least tanks had options back then :/

i miss runes just saying not the masteries they felt like they did nothing (oh i missed stacking magic pen boots on veigar it felt like a mad scientist). running a all pen with thunder loads as teemo was my lifes work.
