If his W has stacks when he levels up and upgrades his w, the attack speed bonus does not upgrade until he loses, and then regains his stacks.

His Bite cancels if his target moves out of range during its cast time. This is somewhat debatable, however a very large portion of similar melee attacks will still follow through if someone flashes or blinks away.
