Increase the tether range on nocturne e.
Nocturnes only cc is a 200 range fear with a 3 second delay. Anybody with a gapclosers or over 400 movspeed completely nullifies that ability. Plz buff the tether range.

Sleeping Victor1 votesI play a lot of Nocturne and I really don't have a problem with his E but I would like a buff for something else like his health or how fast his q travels. Maybe buff the damage for the ult? Idk he's fine I guess.
