Can we bring back swifties boots to 60 ms and zephyr with 30% tenacity pls

Honestly I get that swifties were picked everygame by everyone but that's because other boots were trash, Now that tabis got buffed to 12% and merc got at least 30% tenacity we BARELY ever see anyone build them anymore. why don't we at least buff them to 60 or 65 ms back on melees.

Now for zephyr I think we need it back for the simple reason that sometimes you need both tenacity and ninja tabis esp in this lethality meta.

I don't think zephyr was being abused by anyone but if it was too niche maybe rework it so more champ can use it.
