1 out of 100 games i get a leaverbuster if my internet cuts out. This time, i was locked in champion select and couldn't get back into the game in time (so the game was remade). But i still get 10 20 minute lower priority queues. Wtf? Really?

Because I recently was with a friend and she spent 25 minutes connecting and reconnecting with some game play. Something was fucking with her internet. So she got punished and had the fun wait of 20 minutes. But then again I don't know how dedicated these trolls are to spam disconnect and reconnect.

i gotta tell ya that it doesnt matter for riot why u afk or dc the game just knows that u make unfun experience for ur teammates with leaving or staying afk so u get punished simple as that
