i really dont get why they are left like this.

jayce is still disgustingly strong and quinn is beyond op when solo laning vs a melee.

why do u let this kind of thing happen for months on end before some high elo player addresses it and you instantly nerf some useless part in their kit no one gave 2 shits about .

i guarantee once the balance team uses their brain they will nerf quinns w cd thinking her vision is what makes her op.

why do people have to complain for months on end before u get off your ass and nerf jayce and quinn for having too much power and control in lane and not losing it later on.

it makes no sense .

up to my tower all game waiting for jungler to open his eyes with quinn having 0 fucking sums with no mana up to my tower hitting me.

khazix chooses to gank the 2-8 bot lane that continue to run into enemy tower and die to ganks that are 100 percent warded.

end up losing becuase my mid is 2-7 my bot is 7-20

god FUCKIGN bless riot games and how this shit determines your lp gains.

quinn has always, and probably will always, be oppressive to melee top laners.

I wasn't paying attention in champ select before and accidentally picked gangplank into her. That was probably the least fun I've had in a game in a very long time.

jayce is even worse.

you cant even move up level 1 because he can and he will sit in ur creep wave level 1 denying u every single bit of exp while the balance team watches and claims its healthy.

its so fucking pathetic to know they are left like this with zero nerfs on th epbe.

what the hell is the balance team doing besides getting ready for ryzes 53rd failed rework .

Honestly Jayce has been stupidly strong for a long time. Even before he became meta, he hit like a truck. And he's maintained that strength for months. I generally don't have that much problem with the balance team, but jayce (and graves, for that matter) are just bullshit.
