Have flux spread if the target marked with flux is killed by an ally champion at the very least for minions. The reason being is that when you start trying to wave clear with allies around, your team almost always ends up killing the minion you are preparing to spread flux. Allies shouldn't be a source of difficulty when simply trying to preform the act of wave clearing together.
