Since there are A LOT of threads about Akali being OP/Anti-fun in both NA and EUW forums (didn't check the others), what's your position on her? I'll explain the community points

  1. Laning against Akali is very painful if not impossible post 6, you can't escape from her because she has 3 dashes with a big range.

  2. Akali never gets shut down. Actually, you can bully her how much you want, but if she gets 1-2 kills she's back in the game as nothing happened. Others assassins can't do this. Do you think this is an healthy game pattern?

  3. She heals too much, her kit is antifun and point and click. Once she gets gunblade, you have to both outdamage her and her heal, which is impossible 1v1 if you do not have ignite.

  4. Kha'Zix was nerfed because an assassin isn't supposed to tank. Why does Akali get 50 MR and Armor in her shroud?

The respones to "Akali is OP" is just "CC her". CC alone doesn't make a champion balanced. Since every champion is countered by CC, I guess we should stop nerfing them, am I right?

Edit : Can I know why I got downvoted? I wrote why the community thinks Akali is OP and asked what Riot think ,what did I do wrong?

I am not one of the giants you are trying to summon, but here have a little breakdown

Farm Akali pre-6 and she is done for a while: she will take a lot of time to complete the gunblade and if she gets 6 her ulti will not deal enough damage, aniway get some MR since all her attacks do magic damage and you are fine ( chalice or hexdrinker or whatever fits yer fancy).

If she manages to get back to the game, like getting kills by ganks and such, she already lost lane. In duels she will wreck you, in skirmishes of 2-3 people will be less useful if fought correctly ( aka stuns ) and in teamfights either kills or dies. Most times the latter, because as i said she needs a stun or two to be dead.

What do i think? she needs to have deeper gameplay, and i don' t remember where but @Meddler and @Morello already stated they want to change her at some point, if i am right
