Should Black Cleaver also reduce minions and mosnters armor?
it doesn't make sense that Black Cleaver would reduce armor only to champions
BORK works on minions and monsters so Cleaver should work on them as well

more specifically super minions who got tons of health but also tons of armor Super Minion > tower

two aspects must be taken into account: -BOTRK is capped. -BOTRK benefits only to its user. The thing is,even if black cleaver becomes capped,it would become really OP for important objectives such as drake/baron since it benefits for the rest of the team

though before cleaver should be allowed to reduce monster armor, it would really need the melee only tag.
otherwise youd buff shits like lucian and graves, who already deal a lot of damage to jungle objectives and super minions.

I can send Janna to stop Super Minions. It has to be someone with damage and black cleaver should benefit for that
I just gave around 3000 gold for armor reduction item but i dont reduce armor. Makes 0 sense
