Why is riot giving Corki, Miss Fortune, Graves, Caitlyn, Kog’Maw, and Quinn more uniqueness?
When they already feel unique? And how many times has MF been messed with?

graves and lucian overlap a little too much so they're making graves a more close-range burst monster and they want him to be a shotgun guy
they want MF to be the wombo queen for ADCs so she's getting even better scaling on her ult to destroy late game if she lands a good one.
kog'maw was in a weird spot because he didn't really perform well compared to other "hyper"carries at the moment. since they don't actually have weak early games, i think they just want to make his late game much, MUCH better than theirs
Quinn had too many split identities and they want to focus her down to something a little more specific so they can have an easier time working with her

they should have changed ez's W
Corki, Graves, and Lucean are such that you just use whichever of the three happens to be the best at the moment. The changes will fix that.
MF is getting focused more into the 'I am the AoE wombo ADC' position.
Koggy was outclassed as a Tankbuster by Vayne and as a long range auto-attacker by Jinx. The changes to him cements him as the 'super high damage oh god don't let it live' immobile turret ADC. Seriously, the only ADC with a lower pick rate in Solo was Quinn.
And Quinn was a fucking mess. She couldn't get straight buffs without totally invalidating every melee top laner, so she got a remake instead.
Cait is getting some fiddling to push her beyond 'generic ADC'.
I'm not sure why they're changing Miss Fortune again. If they keep buffing her she's going to become too strong again. There is a reason her ult has been nerfed in the past and nobody wants the Miss Fortune on release where she won the game by being picked.
miss fortune is a jack of all trades master of none, graves is stepping on lucian's heels by being and all in lane bully, quinn is barely used and her ult conflicts with her marksmen qualities, caitlyn is just boring to use, kogmaw is jinx but with less mobility and no crit rockets, and they saw an opportunity to diversify from other ad casters.
I wouldnt call the MF changes "unique" by a long shot. She's the Queen of the Wombo Combo? No. She's only viable in a wombo combo team comp. But every adc is viable in a wombo combo comp so this doesn't give her an identity at all. Love Tap is a worse version of Impure Shots. The only upside is that her ult will be absolutely brutal if it crits. Also, I find it ironic that she is the Queen of the Wombo Combo when the ability that allows her to be the Queen is on such a long cooldown it's never up during team fights.
Everyone wants to get their hands on MF. She's the new fotm in Riot HQ.
First the GP fight where she wins <_< wtf with that. Riot decided "we're going to write a story where MF kills GP" BOOO
Then the harroween where she is like pro #1 thug for some reason...
idk - on one hand I'm glad they're writing stories... On the other hand, I don't agree with which champions they like and kill.
What Riot should maybe do is look at how L5R does their story writing. Have each faction get it's own narrative team, and have them write to their own fan base. The narrative teams would collaborate, but this way each team gets someone in their corner. Right now we're getting a pretty cool story where the Shadow Isle spills out... but it's so 1 sided :\
Corki, Graves, and Lucian all felt rather similar to play as they were mobile, short ranged, caster carries.
MF and Cait were sort of generic AA carries that were rather generic.
Kog'Maw was in a weird "Do I go hypercarry or TF spam" spot.
TBH, I think Quinn was fine. I guess she could lose the blind so Top Lane is a shit fest for melees, but I'm really sad to see her ult go.
