How To Make Sure Zed's Shadow Isn't As Oppressive As In The Past

In the past, Zed's shadow got nerfed because of how oppressive it was as a zoning tool. The threat of multiple spell casts going off did way to good of a job keeping people zoned. Now Riot has essentially reverted that nerf, which is going to make Zed a problematic zoner again (think Azir for AD).

Because of this revert, I believe would be appropriate to give the shadow a slight mimic-cast delay. Zed's Living Shadow is going to cause way to many issues with this revert, so having it delay mimic-casts by 0.20 seconds it should give players against Zed a chance to work around the Shadow's oppressive nature without destroying Zed because of the very short delay window.

he still has Energy.

and that 0,5 sec won't do that much apart from giving him the chance for a second lvl1 E after 5 seconds, after which he is completely out of energy.

Definitely not give it a mimic nerf. That would wreck his fluidity.

They nerfed his zoning by increasing its CD for most of the game by 4 seconds.
