anyone else notice those kennen buffs look like they'd make him viable as a niche adc again?

Problem is, he has to go meele to get the attackspeed buff or am i getting it wrong?

his aa range is medium low anyways so he will likely either stun someone then rush through them or rush through them to stun them and then exit rush to take advantage of the boost, the e buff isnt as commonly useful as the significant w buff but is still nice

Definetly more risk/reward imo. Maybe he will get a counter to low range adc like kaisa.

i dont expect him to be meta but that scaling ratio on w will really help him keep some semblance of damage viability past midgame

It might make him viable top again. Even better against meele matchups. If they come too close he attacks faster.

Or he can end up becoming a serious threat top lane against the MELEE laners and it will be even harder to deal with now becasue tabis got nerfed.

i wouldnt be too worried, he still has the base stats of an assasin/squishy mage and is super succeptable to cc since he as no blink or dash and his hard cc isn't quick unless you (unwiseley) decide to engage while he has his w primed.
