Remove Redemption from it as well. That item does not belong on that map in any fantasy. It's a completely toxic item on Howling Abyss (honestly in general) due to it's anti-poke being used on poke comps preventing you from doing anything against them.

that dev blog mentioned they are thinking of making aram champ pool larger (more free to play champs in rotation or just open all champs in aram)
would make it a lot more fair against people who have accounts with only op aram champs purchased
a lot of issues imo are from these people/parties with accounts filled with only champs strong on aram, and it ruins the fun like some one said all melee vs all poke

Only the person who bought the item gets the full benefit from it. Everyone else gets the -50% Healing reduction.

If you're a low damage or low poke team and they buy Redemption, you might as well just AFK because you won't be able to do anything to them.

Sure the heal on everyone else is lower, but it's still an AOE full team heal that removes pretty much all forms of poke they just did.
God forbid that the oppressive poke overlords in ARAM get a counter.
If you're a low damage or low poke team and they buy Redemption, you might as well just AFK because you won't be able to do anything to them.
And if you are a team ADs and the enemy stacks armor, you might as well just AFK. Tis ARAM.
