@RIOT - Flex and Autofill update?

Any update on your thoughts and progress on the flex queue and permanent autofill being on? There's been LOTS of feedback that players feel this is unwelcome.

Flex has had some extremely imbalanced matchmaking where plat+ players getting a fresh MMR reset being matched vs bronze while autofill has people at all ELO unhappy. You guys have said that there will be a review on whether it will stay, and with the announcement that players who get gold+ in both flex and solo will get a bonus reward seems to me like the decision to keep both was always the plan.

On my alt account here, I've been setting my preferred role to fill where most games I get support, 1 ADC (but swapped for top), and a handful of jungle, yet my fill queue still goes to 2+ minutes each time. Why??? If there's an extreme lack of support or any role, shouldnt my fill pick give near instant queues or is there just that few people playing? I have a silver 3 MMR and placed at bronze 1, which is at the most populated ELO right in the middle at the moment.

My last 2 games it said average wait is 1:50. The queues first popped at 1:40 and 2:05 as fill, but with dodges and people not accepting took over 3 min each to get into lobby that stayed.

Why are fill or support role picks still taking so long? Flex & solo really divide the playerbase that much?
