Blood razor does 3% max health while Botrk does %current hp. They are different.

yes i agree totally if these 2 are allowed to stack it kinda defeats the purpose of removeing devourer and will be abused to high hell and back. yi with this might acually be worse than rageblade devourer.

you only need 2 stats vs yi now instead of 3. armor and hp, don't need mr anymore.
