Idea for a "Cannibalize Corpse" mechanic
Was playing some Warcraft 3 as Undead, where you can order your Ghouls or Abominations to cannibalize corpses to restore their health. Then I wondered whether or not such a mechanic could mesh well with League.
Just for an example, here is how I'd design the mechanic:
P - Vicious Hunger Enemy Champions, large monsters, and cannon minions drop a corpse upon death. Right-clicking a corpse will cause you to channel on it briefly, and then consume the corpse over a few seconds, restoring a significant portion of your health. Each corpse you devour also permanently increases your maximum health by 0.5%, up to X%. Corpse consumption cannot be interrupted once started, but you can cancel the initial channel.
This would definitely have to go on some sort of undead or monster Champion, though some will probably argue that it treads too closely to other Champions. It'd be a neat risk/reward thing in lane, where trying to consume a corpse will leave you vulnerable, so you would need to gauge when you can safely eat a corpse to restore your health. If you do it right, you will outlast your opponent, but if your opponent attacks you while you're eating, you're a sitting duck since you can't stop eating mid-meal (though you CAN stop yourself from starting your meal if you cancel during the initial channel; this is to help avoid death-by-misclick).
Of course, there's also the possible issues of "Cannibalism?! TABOO!", but then we'd have to talk about Cho'Gath and Tahm Kench. Either way, would this be a workable mechanic, or is it too similar to other current Champions?

I always found it strange how the ravenous Kog'Maw doesn't eat his enemies in-game.
