Suggestion for champion mastery.

Right now as it sits, champion mastery only goes up. You can play the same champion over and over and even if you get the worst score possible nothing happens. Shouldn't it be that if you do poorly with a champion than your mastery level degrades? It only seems like that's how it should have been from the beginning after all.

I dunno it's really up to you guys at Riot I guess.
