Alright Repetoir, It's Been Some Time

"The nice thing about League is that we patch regularly so if these changes are problematic we can address it soon." - Repetoir, not exact quote (Smite inc)

I stated at the beginning of the juggernaut update that AD champions who did not build critical strike would become oppressive if Riot nerfed armor without nerfing penetration.

I specifically named Zed, Riven, and Pantheon as champions who would rise in this situation (missed Rengar somehow though).

I had NO idea that Yasuo would be this strong. On paper, Randuin's seems like it would counter him fine, but Yas is a champion with strong wave clear who rushes Avarice Blade, probably the only example of this in the game. So the increased cost of Frozen Heart, combined with its weaker stats, mean that Yas just wins against enemies too hard in the mid game (in the late game his 50% armor pen makes late game durability irrelevant).

So, Repetoir? Maybe armor penetration needs to be looked at after all? Maybe assassins (whose low counterplay kits force stat checks by their very nature) need to be refocused into killing weaker champions instead of every champion?

Yas will always win until he gets punished for making the wrong dash, or if he misses his q. Right now there's no actual penalty for doing such a thing, so he's broken asf.

My problem with yasuo above all else is his windwall.

Not the fact that he has it, but you can literally watch your skill shot land on his face, have him cast windwall at the last second, and negate it. That and it prevents me from auto attacking minions under tower.

If my projectile is past the wind wall than it shouldn't get canceled / negated. At least make the animation more clear like Azir's ult.
