rylais still not being balanced after a whole season of abuse

don't even say mage itemization is good

just because of how the game works, in an ap vs ad lane, if the ad player wants, he can buy damage + mr items and easily 1 v 1 the ap

its ok if they balanced what would you cry about for the whole season?

oh wait its not officially season 7 yet
