New Shyvana is going to be in the same spot as Old Shyvana

Little is going to change unfortunately. Her strengths and weaknesses are still the same as they've always been and as we've seen, that's not enough post-Devourer era to get you far.

The good:

Her Dragon E wipes out a wave or mini krugs in a second

Can drag at level 5

I guess she does Drag a bit faster, but drag after level 6 was never a problem anyway. It's always just more of not having other things going on.

Still good at farming

The same old issues:

Little early game presence

Even if you ult in, you still have to chase out enemies for kills, even with chilling smite.

Your ult isn't going to kill a group if you jump into them and with everyone else having CC and slows/stuns, you are probably just getting killed if you dive in.

Verdict:

She's still a solo style champ, but she's not strong enough to actually finish off people solo like a Master Yi can. She needs a team to follow up with her dive and in lower ELO's, where people are afraid to dive a tower or whatever, it won't happen.

Don't expect to see anything change with her. She's still going to be a bottom tier jungler, she has no chance of getting picked in pro-play and once the one night stand ends, she's going to have the same pick rate.

Except Shyvana has great base damage and the same old map pressure post-6

And where did that get her? Under 50% winrate for multiple patches this season and on the bottom half of junglers with no pro play.

Have you tried offtank with Titanic? It works on every melee champion put in a jungle role, no matter how poorly they may do in lane (wich isnt a thing)

What does that mean? I typically build Blood Razor, Titanic, AS Boots and tank/hp items to finish the build.

You have to rush Tiamat before even finishing Bloodrazor

That's really fixing a problem that doesn't exist.

Honestly, she needs sustain. If she hopes to sneak a dragon kill early, she needs sustain.

I actually made a post trying to bring attention to the fact that her kit is really only good for farming and dueling if someone doesn't kite her, and if they kite her they can just spank her when her W and E runs out. But people disagreed and said that she was good at counter jungling and her 0 pressure on lanes wasn't an issue <.< I tried bringing attention to the fact that unlike the other juggernauts (yes apparently she is one ) She doesn't have any real strong point like darius or skarner who both beat her 1v1 and both grow to be tankier than her. So yeah, riot doesn't seem to like Shyvana at all so she's going to be staying in trashland as far as pro players are concerned while lower players won't play her since she doesn't have any strong points besides farming...

It's honestly pointless to bring up any point on here that isn't pro-Rito. People just don't want to hear it unfortunately unless it's anti-DQ or anti-Yasuo. That's why nothing really gets done here I think.

I dont know maybe someone will agree on this. Shyvana was one of my main chempions actualy the most played and always almost S rank after the game. Now you have made the passive useless. Might as well not made one at all. And the E ? in the heat of battle or when your chasing do you think that you can land that one where you want. Old E was easier + now she is paper before 6 and you can forget about playing her in TT or ARAM for example. I hope someone will agree on this with me. And i would actualy play better old version then the new one. Old one was not tear 1 or 2 but at least you where usefull now if you meet someone in jungle before 6 BB.

Built with DMG shy can be a strong split pusher, as her R is a pretty darn good escape.

Yea, but don't try fighting anyone. You will just get kited and bursted now.
