When was Irelia's Q buffed?
I keep looking through the patch notes all the way back to 6.9 and I'm not seeing it. Even PBE notes don't show a buff. Am I missing something very obvious? Are we all being trolled?

the reason she is so dominant now is because of triforce changes, Q change didn't do much as she barely builds ad
