Removal of Normal Draft will strongly encourage smurfing.

There will be no other way to practice new champions in a risk free environment in a way that actually reflects what it's like to play the game ranked. Smurfing is already a problem but a change like this will make it practically mandatory for anyone looking to branch out and try new things.

I strongly believe this will have a very negative impact on the community.

I think this will massively increase toxicity in lower MMRs where smurfing is already a problem.
