Shen is boring to play as and against

I mean just admit it riot. When Shen is ingame, everyone plays pretty passively. His abilities other than his ult and probably shadow dash is just uninteresting. He just needs a rework. Make his shield scale off health or something but lower the base values to make it bearable early game. And add something like while his shield is up, something something happens. Maybe rework his q to more of an Aoe 180 slash or something instead of a targeted poke. Please Riot, just give this guy some love. He's boring to play.

I hate to be that guy (and I do agree with your points), but he techniaclly already has this. Namely, his autos reduce the passive CD by more whilst his shield is up. Not like it's anything really noticeable though, I'm just nitpicking.

His W does nothing but give him a shield.

Every basic attack reduces Ki Strike's cooldown by 1 second, doubled to 2 seconds while Feint holds.

The interaction between the W shield and his passive is listed in the passive; it can be pretty easy to not notice.

Shouldn't that little tidbit be in the W, either itself or just copied? There's not a lot of text in his W as is.

It's not even noticeable. Lol. Well ok. It needs to do something more interesting than just lowering ki strike

I have to agree..no matter what champ i pick, whenever I'm up against a shen he just sits there and Regens any trades while throwing out Q pokes every 2-3 seconds. Makes it annoying to CS. If you come up to trade him he'll just shield/taunt/passive auto and you've lost the trade. It's also a bit hard to gank him without any decent CC -_-

I just wish he's more than just a tank who sustains every trade early game and turns into a taunt bot late game. His kit outside his ult just needs to be more relevant at all stages of the game.

2 passive style skills and a passive ult, surely he's boring to play/play against. But if you want to change him, it would be a fully rework. SInce they are doing taric and the others, i don't think it's going to happen any soon.
