If there was a "Murky" in LoL, how would you balance him?
Murky is easily one of the funniest heroes in HotS, and his mechanics make him one of the most unusual to play as. He's EXTREMELY easy to kill, but has a very short respawn timer and only counts for 1/4 of a kill in terms of experience. The idea of it is that you steadily wear your enemy down through coming back constantly after death, or you end up diverting enemy attention to you, which is usually sub-optimal for the enemy due to Murky's low EXP value. But you can't completely ignore Murky either as he's a good pusher, so if left alone he'll take down lanes before you know it. In short, Murky is the ultimate "annoyance hero", and I always get a laugh when playing him.
Now imagine if there were a similar Champion, mechanically, to Murky. As in, killing this Champion only gives you 1/4 worth of any other kill in terms of gold and experience, but he's about as tough as a minion all game. But even if you kill him, he'll keep coming back fairly often and can wear you out if you keep devoting too much attention to him.
This would certainly break the mold for League, and I could see people having a blast with such an idea. However, how would we balance it? HotS is a game without items, and items on a "Murky" could end up broken unless part of his kit involves something like "you get less stats from items".
#Please humor the idea for the purposes of this topic.
