RIght now these losers with a million short cooldown mobility tools and cc are just spamming their cheese all over ranked and these two champs are literally the ONLY counterplay to their nonsense. The 3 second silence wrecks those champs. We need MORE silences, not less.

They must be attached to champs that have no mobility though. Basically a wall of, "You done fucked up" if you get near them. If a mage gets that close, they deserve to die. Close range long silences are the only counter to these troll hyper mobile carries

Well, sure, they're the only two if you only count silences for some arbitrary reason. Update it with all stuns and roots, too, and then you might have something to discuss. Otherwise you're just spamming.

Oh, and they're 1.6s - 2s and 1.5s, respectively. Don't try to pull this 3 seconds bullshit.

Cho gath doesnt counter mobility with his W becasue it is no longer insta cast.
