Running Chrysalis and Bone plating on ADCs?

For those who came here thinking i was going to bitch about how op this is,its not a thread for you. I'm just really curious to see if anyone here thinks its a good idea,since having Resolve as a secondary + Chrysalis gives you 120 more hp at the start + Bone plating and you can take around 200 more damage than your enemy,but is it worth? I was always running sorcery 2nd,growing storm,cdr,spellshield,celerity,lots of usefull runes,but now im thinking this can be much more helpful,especially in lane and vs a gank,thoughts?
