Garen is Trash vs Ranged Now.....

I mean he was always bad against ranged, but before his changes I found that if you played it safe early and bought the proper items on your first few backs Garen could simple walk up to a wave and clear it with his Spin while soaking all harass with his W. Then pop a pot and abuse his passive and be healthy enough to rinse and repeat.

Now since his Judgement has that odd mechanic were it does less damage if hitting more then one person it takes forever to clear creep waves early on.

It drives me crazy because it makes him even more of a niche pick. I used to be able to blind pick him on whim, but now I feel like I need the damn stars to align.
