BS Resourceless Champions

Really getting sick them. Primarily a problem in the top lane where a lot of trading goes down. Bot lane everyone uses mana and has to manage it or will go oom eventually thus lose their combat ability. These three have far too much mobility and out play potential not be gated within their kits. Most annoying is all 3 are capable of poking you under turret while you try to farm then dash on out.
The biggest culprit of all them. I'm utterly baffled at how this chick is allowed to hop around lane with absolutely no resource to manage but her CDs. She has a knock up, a stun and a shield. Two forms of hard CC none on an ultimate CD, I think only 5 champions have that luxury...and their all tanks. At least they nerfed the absurdly low CD on her ult.
Similar to Riven, just not as dangerous early on. His Flow bar is an utter joke. It's essentially just a CD for his shield. It's far more annoying to deal with top lane since many bruisers and tanks can't just simply slap it off with a ranged attack. He can dash as long as he has targets since it has no CD.
Really just an honorable mention, and the least BS of the three. He does actually have a Fury bar to manage, and as an opponent you can play around him when his Fury is low. Also possible to zone him from minions to gain Fury. His status as a lane bully does make that hard though. He also doesn't scale into a killing machine that can 1v4 like the other two.
**Now there are a bunch or top laners that don't use energy or mana but there there is either some sort of trade off or their kits are just bland. **
Garen has no resource and Shyvana's Fury bar is "lol" but these two have very little outplay potential they just run at you, or leap once in the case of Shyv.
Uses Fury, damage is almost purely auto attack based. Also you can zone him from minions to deny Fury which makes him very weak.
All three of these guys use their HP for their abilities. This makes both Mundo and Vlad rather weak early on and vulnerable to being bullied before they can sustain themselves since their also eating themselves away. Aatrox is an odd case since he can sustain so heavily very early on. However both Aatrox and Vlad can be zoned from minions so they can't regen. Also all three are extremely straightforward with low outplay potential.
Rengar is kind of BS mostly due to his sustain. But his out play potential in the top lane though comes from whether your dumb enough to play around the brushes against him. It is possible to force him to a spot though where he has use his bola from range just to gain Ferocity though. He can't harass you and jump right out like the other I listed.
One of the most annoying top laners to deal with. But his Gnar Bar is something that has to be managed in terms of what form he will be entering. Hell sometimes I'm glad he goes Mega because it means I can farm under turret w/o having to dodge freakin boomerangs. It can screw him to enter the wrong form at the wrong time.
My point is champions like Riven and Yasuo have way too much in their kits to not have any resource gating them from access to all their abilities. At a high level it's extremely frustrating to deal with because players that have a high degree of skill on these champions take up a lot of resources to deal with. Only for you to have to recall at some point because "crap I'm outta mana." I have no problem with how load their kits are but how they are allowed to freely access that load.
Say what you want about
despite their high outplay potential they are gated by a resource they have come up short on kills or died because they ran out of mana/energy.
. No, i don't think possessing a point and click gap closer makes a champ "outplay potential'
