Riot, great work on the Sivir nerf
You manage to nerf a totally balanced champ because of a completely unnecessary item addition to the game in the form of Righteous Glory.

Cause being a top pick in the LCS for weeks, making the game feel stale, does not constitute a nerf.
'Broken as hell' - by that you mean 'used in certain team comps, but absolutely terrible in others'.
Asserting she was picked regardless of team comp (which is the number #1 way you know a champ is broken) is blatantly false.
